41 YEARS OF COOKING

After spending the last forty one years in the catering business, managing
a hotel, running my own Chinese restaurant and then a Chinese takeaway, catering for film stars on location in Africa, as well as
catering for anyone who wanted delicious food for any occasion, I have decided to write a book with the many recipes that are stored
in my head (The ones I can remember, that is!).
