How It Works !

It's as easy as 1, 2, 3 ........... A, B, C ........... and takes minutes to learn.

The Rainbow Easy-Chord has to be the easiest instrument in the world to learn to play - most chord instruments on the market have either 36 buttons to select chords or a limited chord selection with a button for every chord.

The Easy-Chord uses only 6 buttons and here's how it works.

<< 1

<< 2

<< 3

<< 4
Minor  >>
(Augmented
together)
Dimin. >>
Buttons 1, 2 and 3 have 7 different binary combinations that give you the main chord names - A, B, C, D, E, F and G.

So if you press button 1 .........
.......... you get A major.
Button 2 = B major
Buttons 1 and 2  = C major
all the way up to ..............
Buttons 1, 2 and 3 = G major
.......and so on.

Button 4 gives you all the sharp (#) and flat (b) chords.

Finally the 2 buttons on the side, in various combinations give you minor, diminished and augmented chords as well as some others when alternative chords are selected.
IT'S AS SIMPLE AS THAT - SELECT A CHORD AND STRUM AWAY - YOU'RE MAKING MUSIC AS SOON AS YOU SWITCH ON.

Learn 3 chords - say C major, F major and G7 and you can play many different songs as shown in the User's Manual that comes with the Easy-Chord.

But you don't have to stop there - it takes the average learner (of just about any age) just a few minutes to learn most of the chord variations and you can begin playing any song from your existing guitar or piano song books that contain the chord names in them.
If you're wondering about 7th chords - these are played by strumming the short touch-sensor "string" on the row of touch-sensors.
